Technology may have brought the world to our backyard, but it has also brought together a variety of people, beliefs, attitudes and ways of working. A successful manager is one who can get the best out of this diversity but also ensures each person is treated fairly and respectfully. The course helps you identify and eliminate biases and stereotyping individuals at the workplace. It uses real life situations to show how you can create an inclusive work culture. It also lists the responsibilities of a manager in this regard and explains the provisions of the Equality Act.
